With an extensive track record of transforming organizations through technology, Mr. Mbuthia sets and oversees IPSL technology and operations agenda. He drives the implementation of technology platforms to deliver products and services to the Banking fraternity. He also develops and executes IPSL strategy by leveraging new and existing technologies to enable enhanced customer experiences.
With close to 14 years executive level experience Mr. Mbuthia has held progressive senior positions in the public and private sector. Previously he served as Head of IT Risk and Controls for a local bank, Head of ICT for a multinational organization as well as extensive operations experience gained from an international airline.
He has a MBA - Master’s in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from United States International University and MSC - Master of Science Information Technology from University of Nairobi.
Michael is part-time lecture at a local university and a prolific speaker and leader in Technology forums locally and across Africa. He is passionate about youth coaching and mentorship

I am a Computational Scientist focusing in Information Security and related Computer Sciences.
I have experience as a Security Analyst (Penetration Tester) and as a Security Researcher with experience ranging from penetration testing to social engineering and software development.
The field of information-security and penetration testing is a passion of mine that allows the practical application of theoretical knowledge, demanding lateral-thinking and requiring constant research. I have been involved in the field since I was in high-school - although I have been involved in the field professionally for the better part of a decade.
I have worked with a number of large institutions including large Banks, Governmental departments, Multimedia services, Health-Care facilities, Transport agencies, Online Stores and more.
I am the CEO and co-founder of Network Security Services Pty (Ltd), and have been in operation for over two and a half years. I have enjoyed allot of hard work and a wide range of projects as well as being introduced to new opportunities and ideas.
Steve is an enthusiastic and dynamic entrepreneur with over 8 years experience in Cyber Security. His
journey started from system administrator, security analyst and later headed Information Security docket for a multinational operating in East Africa. Steve ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Villbo Group Ltd a cyber security company based in Nairobi, Kenya. He is currently the CEO of Africa Technology Consulting House which offers Cyber Risk Insurance, Cyber Risk Services and Digital Forensic services.
Ben RobertCEO Liquid Telecom
Ben joined LTK as CEO in 2013, and has been the Chief Technical Officer for Liquid Telecom Group since 2006. With over 20 years experience across a range of technologies in design, support, integration and operational management roles, he has led the group’s networking and product strategy, expanding its technology base and fibre network across Africa. Before joining Liquid Telecom, Ben was responsible for electronics design and satellite systems at Ericsson UK Limited. He also worked with Lotus Cars, the British sports car manufacturer, as an engineer. Ben holds a BSc Hons Physics from the University of Bristol in the UK.

Interswitch Group appointed Paul Mwaura Ndichu
as the CEO for Interswitch East Africa (K) in
December 2016. Paul joins Interswitch with an
illustrious career in Technology, Banking, Payments,
Mobile, Telecommunication and Innovation. He has
deployed Mobile and Digital Commerce solutions
in various industries, including in a multi-national
Banking Group and in one of the leading technology
businesses in mobile and digital services in Africa.
His last posting was as VP/Managing Director at
Jumia Group (previously Africa Internet Group) a
Paul has vast experience in strategy and business
growth, with a particular interest in Start-ups which
he will deploy in growing the Interswitch business in
Kenya and East Africa.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University in Perth, Australia
and is completing an MBA in Technology and Innovation at London School of Business.
He also holds certifi cates from Harvard University and Stanford University in leadership,
Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

He held a number of senior positions at various companies and is currently Director and Head of Research at the Mitrovic Development and Research Institute and senior academic associated with a number of universities in South Africa and internationally.
